I'm considering a nanny as a potential option for when my maternity leave runs out. (I may be able to work out something where I work from home a few days and Jack works from home a few days, but am not sure yet. I can't quit my job altogether, because although Jack makes good $$, his situation is unstable and there is a good chance he'll be laid off again this year.)

Is it possible to get a nanny who would work only a few days a week, or on a less rigid schedule? How do I find a good one like you? What agency, if any, did you contract through when you first started? Feel free to call me, though I'll check here for your thoughts as well...; 1/5/09, 10:52 AM
